Question : cat5e configuration test results in reversal

I am testing some terminated cat5e cables with a "Ideal Linkmaster"  PN 62-200
I am wiring using T568B.

If my termination is from a 110 module jack to a rj45 then my test result is "reversal"
But If my termination is from a 110 module jack to a punch down block then I get "pass"

Can someone explain this to me.

Yep the wires are very badly color coded these days.  I always carry a scrong magnifying glass with me when doing Enet cabling.  Check leads after you put them into the 45, before crimping.
