Question : Looking for a periodic backup solution - on boot, over network

Hello,
Firstly, this application is a home application, but i'm not past paying money for software.
I'm looking for an application which can provide backup functionality over a network connection (possibly even wireless?). The basic functionality I require is:
On boot, a menu is provided with the option to boot normally or backup to network.
if backup is selected before timeout, it would run an application then backup to a specified location on the network (SMB, on my NAS) to an iso or somesuch.
The application would then reboot.
Is there an application or a series of applications which can help me here?
