Question : Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system

When logging onto Windows 2000 Terminal Server SP 4 as a user who has logged on previously to this server, the following message appears:

"Windows cannot load your profile.  Please increase the registry size and restart the computer."    
(However, we've increased the registry size already and it is nowhere near the limit.  We've also done a reg clean.)  Then, the following message appears:

"Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system."  (But this is not true; it logs the user on as the user, and does not select another profile.  HOWEVER, sometimes if 2 users are logged on , when logging off the system will say you are logging off the other user's account, even though your own desktop settings appear on screen.)

Below this, the following appears:

"Detail - insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service."
