Question : Cisco 7912 when the LCD shows "Ethernet Disconnected"

reset to default the Cisco 7912 when the LCD shows "Ethernet Disconnected"?
I want to precise that when i use **2 key to reset, the hone boots but it return to the same message "Ethernet Disconnect" and we cannot configure...
