Question : Configure Option 150 in MS Server 2003 DHCP

Using a MS server 2003 as a DHCP server.  I need to configure DHCP Option 150 to provide the TFTP address of my CallManager server.  I have done this many times in Windows 2000 and 2000 Advanced Servers.  However, I am unable to find Option 150 in the 2003 version of DHCP, nor can I find a way to add it.  Under the Advanced tab, I do not see the ability to add Option 150 as a DHCP scope option.
