Question : Outlook 2003 Repeat Email

I dont know the words to describe this problem correctly, but everytime I do a send / receive in Outlook I receive an email from last Sunday. I can delete it then send/receive again and the same thing happens..I did a detect and repair, reinstall of office 2003...what do i do?

Is the email coming from the same person?
I have seen this in Outlook Express when someone's sent items folder becomes corrupted and any emails they send remain in the outbox and get sent over and over again. This is because O.E. is unable to move the message to the sent items folder after it is sent. Deleting the sent items folder fixes it.
It recreates itself next time O.E. is opened
