Question : Group Policy IE Pop-up blocker

I need to create a policy to configure the Pop-up blocker settings centrally.

This policy should also prevent the users from editing the settings.

Any ideas :)

Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Disable changing ratings settings
