Question : Failed finding a suitable domain controller....

Hello everyone.  
     I'm having an error with Windows 2000 Advanced Server.  I have one domain controller SERVER1, and get the above error when adding a second domain controller.  The error states "Failed finding a suitable domain controller for the domain contoso.msft."  DNS is installed on SERVER1, as well as DHCP. DNS is installed on SERVER2, and the DNS server for SERVER2 is SERVER1.  The domain is also running in Native mode.  
     Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Answer : Failed finding a suitable domain controller....

At the command prompt just do a:
NET STOP NETLOGON
NET START NETLOG

That should recreate your _mscds etc.
