Question : How to create O O O auto reply for a user from domino

How to create Out Of Office auto reply for a user from domino administrator and if its enabled from lotus notes it takes too much time to send ooo reply to the sender. Why this delay is there ? and only 1 email is send to the sender ? if he/she sends more then 1 email to the same user.

You can also create your own auto reply agent in Notes, that is not as sophisticated, but does reply immediately, using  the create agent option.
