Pro
Can be cheaper to deploy if you utilise a linux based client.
Can use disparate hardware and older hardware
Updates are relatively simple
No Patch Management.

Con
If the PXES server fails ..... nothing works
Linux can be a problem support wise.
Long term TCO can increase.
Cant run native apps

Thin Station = opposite to the above.
