Question : Domain Controllers not Replicating over WAN

I recently switched carriers for our WAN. We are currently point to point on an MPLS network. It appears that my domain controllers have not replicated since the switch. When I try to force replication it hangs. When I try to connect to our domain controller at our main facility from the outside domain controllers I get the following error: "The following domain controller could not be contacted: Maindomaincontroller.priv. The RPC Server is unavailable." RPC is running on all servers. any thoughts?

I think the first will be of more help to you, but I'm not sure.  This is one of those things where I think I'd have to be hands-on to troubleshoot.
