Question : DNS PTR Entries
I Am getting the following error message ina DNS Test
WARN Mail server host name in greeting WARNING: One or more of your mailservers is claiming to be a host other than what it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a 3-digit code, followed by a space or a dash, then the host name). If your mailserver sends out E-mail using this domain in its EHLO or HELO, your E-mail might get blocked by anti-spam software. This is also a technical violation of RFC821 4.3 (and RFC2821 4.3.1). Note that the hostname given in the SMTP greeting should have an A record pointing back to the same server. Note that this one test may use a cached DNS record.
mail.qps2000.com claims to be host qps2000.com [but that host is at 119.148.67.227 (may be cached), not 60.231.20.82].
DNS Entries are as per the attached document - how can I fix this - the DNS server I can change to suit the mail is not hosted on the same server as the WEB and the DNS Server
Answer : DNS PTR Entries
The problem seems not be an DNS issue, but the SMTP server to be configured to identify itself as on host qps2000.com. This should be changed to mail.qps2000.com .
No idea what SMTP server you use, so hard to say how to do so.
