Question : Inbound calls not terminating properly on FXO port

cisco 2801 is acting as a voicegateay at remote site and has 4 FXO ports connecting to PSTN.
The users at that site are reporting that the inboundcalls are not terminating properly, calls do not disconnect when the caller hangs up.

The router is configured to user mgcp

i need help in finding out where the problem is. had a look on the internet the solutions where pointing to signalling problems. my knowledge in this subjuect is very minimal

if some one can help me of where i should be looking and what i should be helping that would be great.

Answer : Inbound calls not terminating properly on FXO port

actually no no document solved this problem before it is common and difficult so i have two solutions:
1- use www.3amsystems.com to find your disconnect tone and apply it to the router.
2- record the diconnect tone and send it to me and i will provide the frequency and cadence for you.
