Hi Experts,
I manages about 20 HP server running MS NT4 right up to Windows 2003, i would like to maybe once every 6 months run a health check on these servers to see how they are doing.
Can anybody recommend any good software out there that would do this.
Cheers

I'd agree that you should be checking MUCH MORE often than every 6 months!! All of the networks I manage are checked continuously... that's the only way to provide any sort of preventative maintenance.
Probably the most affordable way to do that is to use Level Platforms (www.levelplatforms.com). Their rates are very low and will provide you with a much better way to manage.
If you just want to run a checkup, then you should probably use something like Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer for your overall configuration. Otherwise "health" checks have really become obsolete and you should instead find a way to monitor. One other product I like is AdventNet's OpManager... (http://manageengine.adventnet.com/products/opmanager/index.html) It's free for small networks.
