Question : WINS Replication Recomendations

I have a new task with a new domain I took Over. I have a Windows 2003 Domain which consists of 8 DC. 2 of those DCs reside on same subnet and 6 DCs are in diferent subnets across WAN. Today i started noticing that all DC are reporting win Errors. wth event ID 4102. (wrong WINS configuration). I check and this is the way all dcs are configured
DC1 and DC2 are the 2 servers on same subnet. Rest are indifferent subnets.

DC1 - (Push/Pull) with DC2, DC3, DC4, DC5, DC6, Dc7, DC8  (IN MAIN LOCATION)
DC2 - (Push/Pull) with DC1, DC3, DC4, DC5, DC6, Dc7, DC8 (IN MAIN LOCATION)
DC3 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC4  (FAST WAN TO MAIN)
DC4 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC3  (SLOW WAN to MAIN)
DC5 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC3 (SLOW WANT TO MAIN)
DC6 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC3 (SLOW WAN to MAIN)
DC7 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC3 (SLOW WAN to MAIN)
DC8 - (PushPull) with DC1, DC2, DC3 (SLOW WAN to MAIN)

I think this configuration might be causing the problem., but still do not know what to change. I looked at some documentaiton but still cannot decide on how to setup or what is the best way to set repliation up.
Do you have any recomendations. Should I put more than one replication partnet on the remote Dcs?
