Hi can someone tell me if its possible to create a CNAME record which points to a different root eg
www.domain.co.uk
has an alias of
www.global.domain.com
? Thanks...

you must have permissions in the zone domain.co.uk, create a CNAME www pointing to
www.global.domain.com
, and voila...
