Question : Primary/secondary DNS order?

We've inherited a network with two DCs. Both are domain controllers and DNS. When I look at the network adapter's DNS addresses the primary DNS on DC1 is set to DC2 vice versa. Is this best practice or should a DNS server look at itself first for DNS and the other DNS server second?

Hi Andrew,

It really doesn't matter which way around they go, as long as the systems concerned only have servers that can answer for your AD Domain listed.
