Question : Right inheritance
Actually I want to have controlled access on all the sub folders. If I am granting permissions on parent folder it will be inherited on all the subfolders also.
Do I need to use inheritance of priveleges, Pl guide as I am not very sure on it's use.

sorry left out a step..
You can break the inheritance of the subfolders..Right click the subfolder > Properties > Security Tab > Advanced Button > Edit > and uncheck the box " include inheritable permissions"
