AND AFTER I HIT CANCEL IT STARTS TO SCAN MY FILES TELLING ME I HAVE 31 MALWARE PROBLEMS ON MY COMPUTER HOW DO I REMOVE THIS FROM MY COMPUTER I HAVE MCAFEE TOTAL PROTECTION WHAT ELSE DO I NEED?

Try running super-antispyware and malwarebytes which should clean up the problem.

The scan that it is performing is fake and designed to get you to purchase the software however the programs I have listed should remove this from your computer.
