Question : DNS creates invalid character name

Hello.
Need help on DNS. Have a sbs2003 DC server (small domain). When configuring DNS it creates a invalid name by adding a space at the end of the FQDN. It adds a space after "local". After that SOA and Name Server (NS) become incorrect ("server.domain.local ." instead of "server.domain.local." (notice the SPACE between local and the dot).
Tried everything, including install DNS from scratch.
I noticed that this appears also in "c:\windows\system32\config\netlogon.dns". See it bellow.
How can i prevent DNS to add this SPACE after ? Where does it comes from ? Was something that i created wrong at the first time and wrote "local " instead of "local" ?

Answer : DNS creates invalid character name

Was something that i created wrong at the first time and wrote "local " instead of "local" ?

I can't think of any other explanation
