Question : ISA NOT BLOCKING EBUDDY.COM

Heres a confusing one. I have installed ISA 2004 in my School and it blocks almost all web sites that i tell it to. We also have a main web filter at our external Local Authority filter which although blocks ebuddy, does not block sites like ebay, topshop etc etc, hence the need for our own Web filter.
The problem is that when i point all my user to go to my ISA for proxy, yes it blocks ebay etc but myteriously allows ebuddy, even though its own dns server when requested directly bans it. WIERD !!!!!!!

cAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE !!!

Answer : ISA NOT BLOCKING EBUDDY.COM

Ebuddy uses an ip broadcast only.  when they send there packets they are not being coded with a domain name.  You need to block there access on a router level.
