Question : Wireless Connection Present but can't connect to internet

My bos is trying to connect to hotel wireless network. The hotel said its free and on his computer it shows an excellent connection on the wireless network. However, there's no internet connection and I already asked him to release, renew the IP but still no luck. he restarted the computer but still no luck at all.
He got a valid IP address, and I'm running out of idea. Can anyone help please? Thank's

Call the Wireless Provider's tech support number.  When I've experienced this in hotels, I just got the number from the desk and gave the tech support people a call.  I have seen some WEIRD stuff with hotel wireless - usually involving that I had to go to their site first, pay, and then I could access.  It would take it a LONG time, unless I unplugged the wireless card a time or two.

You might need to know the SSID of the hotel.
