Question : VT510 w/DEC Personal Workstation 433au

I had no idea where to put this question. I am working on a DEC Personal Workstation 433au which is running OPENVMS. The Bios has cleared (surge or power outage) and it is defaulting back to Windows NT as the O/S. This causes it to fail to boot. I know that this is changed in the BIOS, but the VT 510 which is connected to the Workstation will not pass an F2 through to the computer (uses it for local terminal configuration...if I remember right, F1-F4 are all used locally). Any VT users know how to configure the terminal to pass F2 through?

Go to local clock shop and buy new Lithium battery to avoid such problems in futre.

For other alpha machines there are one VMS/UNIX BIOS and anoter NT BIOS, yours must be different.
