This is the only tidbit I could track down.....
Anonymous (Last update 7/27/2005): In my case, the event was related to the gpresult.exe file. The framedyn.dll file in c:\windows\system32\wbem, which is invoked by gpresult.exe, was corrupt and prevented the updating of policies. I replaced the file with a copy from another computer, and the event disappeared.
You may want to do this same thing on the server since you mentioned all systems are bad. Hope this works because I'd be out of ideas otherwise.
