Question : Problems with Bonded T-1

We just acuired a bonded 2xT1.  I have configured a Cisco 2811 with a Dual T1/CSU card.  After rebooting the Router my serial interface is up but the protocol keeps coming down.  I have included the show tech-support file for the guru's to see if I am doing something wrong here.
