Question : Wireless question

I have a PC that I have turned into a computer on wheels with wireless.  This machine is configured with a static IP (10.25.105.12).  The router is assigning 192.168.1.x addresses, but I want it to assign 10.25.105.x addresses, but I made the router IP 10.25.105.25 and it won't allow it to assign IPs on the same subnet as that.

I can ping other 105 network machines but I need machines on the real 105 network to be able ping the machine that I want to have the 10.25.105.12 address that is connected to the router.

The router in question is a Netgear Wireless-G router.

Answer : Wireless question

Doesn't matter on the LAN port.
Setup the router's LAN IP to an address that is not in use on the network.
IPs:  10.25.105.x
Subnet mask: 255.255.248.0
Gateway:  10.25.105.1
DNS:  10.25.97.32

TURN OFF DHCP so it doesn't interfere with your current DHCP server.

Manually Configure your wireless computer with an address that is not in use on the network also.
IPs:  10.25.105.x
Subnet mask: 255.255.248.0
Gateway:  10.25.105.1
DNS:  10.25.97.32
