Question : Domino domain registration settings document not applied

I've created a regsistration policy settings document with all the default settings I need for when I create a new user.  Trouble is it isn't being applied.  What do I need to do to make it 'active'?

Found it - I had the settings document defined, but hadn't created a separate policy document that it referred to.
