Question : DynDNS vs ChangeIP for SonicWall DDNS

I need to setup a vpn through a SonicWall Firewall with a DSL service (variable IP).  The SonicWall supports the following DDNS services:

DYNDNS, ChangeIP, No-IP (only the free version is supported) and YI.org.

DynDNS and ChangeIP are similar in some ways, but different in others, but price is about the same.  Any experience or pros and cons of one vs the other would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tomster

Answer : DynDNS vs ChangeIP for SonicWall DDNS

I use No-IP and have about 10 addresses running through the free version (with two accounts because the free limit is 5).  I love it, very easy to use, very easy to manage.  I use their little utility on the server or PC end to update the address and it can run as a service (so it runs regardless of who's logged in).  It can also be password protected so I can have it running on client servers (so i can find them remotely) and they can't access my DynDNS accounts).  My routers support DynDNS but I don't even bother with them because the utility is some small and simple.

Good luck!
