Question : Cisco Reload it self

Hi,
I’m not export in Cisco IOS. Right now my Cisco has some error occur. I use this one for learning IOS command. I'm not sure what wrong with it but some time it happen. Normally this error happens when I change some Cisco configuration. Have any one help me solve it?
If this error course from memory error, may be I upgrade memory on my cisco.

This is error message that show on console.

Thanks,
Katawut
