Question : HP printers do not print

I have 2 HP laserjet printers that are network printers on a novell network. they were working fine, but one printer died. I took a printer that had an ip of 1 and moved it to 16. i took printer 16 and changed it to 15. (last octect listed only. same network segment) now neither prints. I went in to the printer configuration, and changed the IP. I changed the driver on the printer configuration and prints spool, but do not print. what am i missing?

If the printer cannot be pinged from the server, can you ping it from a workstation? Check subnet mask and gateway.

Are you using the HP gateway or the novell gateway? What port are you using (LPR - 515 or RAW - 9100). Can you connect to these ports (telnet / ipportcheck)
