Question : User problem with OWA Premium

We have an Exchange 2007 mail server.  No matter what machine UserA connects from, she will only get OWA basic.  I ran a test connecting to OWA from same pc as UserB and userB gets OWA premium no problem.  Is this possibly a user permission issue???

I have found the solution to this question myself.  After careful investigation I found that the user had changed the setting in Options of OWA for Vision Impaired/blind.   She had it checked.  This changes the contrast for the user and automatically opens OWA in the light version?????
