Question : VPN and At&t wireless cards

Hello, We have 7 users who access our network using AT&T 3G wireless cards over Cisco myConnect VPN.
Users travel to different remote locations and use HP and Dell laptops to connect to our network using the VPN software. Note: The issue happens only when AT&T 3G wireless
managment software is
installed.  Once the software is installed the error appears when using either the AT&T 3G card or Windows wireless.
Problem: After establishing a connection with either AT&T 3G card or windows wireless, user launches myConnect
and establishes a VPN connection. Anytime the user tries to access a network share they receive a credentials log on box, when they enter in their
windows credentials they receive error "credentials are already in use" .
I made up a seperate account with the same rights as their user account and if they enter in these credentials it will
let them in just fine.  If I uninstall the AT&T wirelss manager software and just have them use windows wireless they do
not ever receive the error.

Answer : VPN and At&t wireless cards

THe management software may be causing them to switch IP addresses mid-session.  I have seen this before.  On the VPN, if there is an option to allow multiple logins from same username or mutiple IPs from same username, then you may be able to tweak it.  Also, look at the logs to see if they are switching IP addresses mid-session.  Or, you can take the simplistic approach and just uninstall the mgmt software.
