Question : Proxy settings

I have a strange situation. I deploy the proxy settings throught the GPO. I came to know that some of the computer accepting proxy settings and some computer doesn't. I am done so many test but still has the same problem. Is there any way i can run the proxy scrip when the computer starts. I am really desperate to do it ASAP
