Question : what formulas to use on the following

i have created a cyrstal report it is working fine but I get stack on the following:

PLS SEE ATTACHED WORD DOCUMENT FOR MY DETAIL FRUSTRATIONS
PLS NOTE THAT SYSTEM DATE IS THE DATE I PRINTED THE REPORT OR THE DATE I RUN AND VIEWED REPORT ON THE SCREEN

Do you mean to tell that you should not find the the highlighted row on the report. Can explain what you in detail and give the formula you are using in this report?
