I'm looking for a solution that will block how many sites are
hosted on my VPS, no one replied to batman9 in this post http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web/Hosting/Q_21191137.html#12473003

You can't.

The reports are reporting how many domains are using a particular IP Address which is based on DNS records.
