Question : Sharp PhotoCopier Sending Emails

We have an sharp MX-381 Photocopier We would like to use scan by email which goes into the user mailbox  We set up the address book on the photocopier with  the user email address when we  try to use this it say error sending file. In the log it shows NG80000 on the photocopier? we can use the ping command to ping the exchange server from the photocopier whch passed the test from the exchange server we can ping the photo copier we tryed turning off the firewall but this did not work its driving me instant everything looks right

With Wireshark, you will be able to see the discussion between the copier and the Exchange server.
