Question : User unable to retrieve Comcast email from the office network
We have an office work who is unable to retrieve his email from Comcast while on the office network. His Outlook is configured to retrieve it as a POP3 account. When taking his laptop home or on the road, he can retrieve it through Outlook once his laptop is attached to a different network.
I checked the firewall and verified that we aren't blocking port 25 and 110. Any ideas an what else to check?

I did suggest in my first post that this would most likely be DNS or firewall, and gave you the command to test this on a basic level. I believe I have at least assisted in this question?
