Question : Delivery has failed to these recepients or distribution list

Please find attached the file which has the delivery report sent in by the client to our users. The client had sent the excel file and my users did NOT get the same. On the same day the users got emails from the client except for this particular email. We would like to know whether the filter option is running on the client or our side (ourcompany.com). We use Mail marshal - but could NOT find these particular email anywhere at all.

the company that you are sending to has a mail filter that does not allow any document with any Macros to be received by their users.

The issue is not with your mail server, it is a problem with their mail server.
