Question : Insert Company Holidays in everyone's calendar

We have Lotus Notes 7.0.3 and I see under Configuration - Miscellaneous in Administration, Holidays. I tried to change New Years Day to 1/1/2009 and see if it shows in my Lotus Notes Calendar, but it does not. How can I make it for those Holidays to show in everyone's calendar? We don;t have a public calendar here.

Answer : Insert Company Holidays in everyone's calendar

The holidays need to be imported by the people manually.

Open your calendar and go to Actions -> More -> Import Holidays

Select the country for which you have entered the holidays and then they are imported into your calendar.  

I do not know of an automated way to do this.
