Question : Cisco IP Phone Issue

Hi there!,

I have a rather weird issue which I cannot find on Cisco's support page or documentation of the phone.

Once i power the phone on (either from PoE cable or power adapter), all the lights on the phone light up, and there's no display on the screen.

If I plug another IP Phone in that plug, it works fine... firmware perhaps?

Phone is most likely dead. Is this a new phone, or one that has been working.
