Question : Connecting a Mac Mini to the Internet through a PC

I have just got a Mac Mini with 2 USB ports (used for Keyboard and Mouse) and I want to connect it to the internet. I have a PC that connects wirelessly to the router, and a Network switch connecting the PC and the Mac Mini, I used to be able to share my Wireless connection for my Xbox 360 to use, can I do this with a Mac Mini? I've been trying but i can't seem to get any connections. My router's internet IP is 192.168.12.1 and my PC IP address is 192.168.12.3

Does anyone know the IP settings should be on the network port from my PC to the switch, and from the Mac Mini to the switch?
