Question : Sharing MSN's DSL

First of all, yes, MSN allows connection sharing but only if you can figure it out and they don't support it.

Situation:
Server (desktop) runs Win2000 Server.  Has two NICs.
Client (laptop) runs Win2000 Pro.  Has one NIC.

Setup:
First NIC in server goes to MSN provided DSL modem, a real junker called Arescom NetDSL800.  It gives the NIC (set to DHCP) an IP of 192.168.1.2.  The Arescom's IP is 192.168.1.1.
Second NIC is set to 192.168.0.1, as per instructions in Win2000's help for NAT.  DHCP service is set to provide addresses along 192.168.0.10 to 192.168.0.100, (not that I have 90 clients).  NAT is enabled to forward from NIC2 to NIC1.

Weird part:
nslookup on server reports no DNS.  However, server surfs perfectly.  Client gets DHCP from server and is able to ping server.  Client is even able to ping the DSL modem and get its status page with Internet Exploder.  I contacted MSN support and got the DNS numbers out of them.  Put the DNS addresses in the server's TCPIP settings and in the DHCP service's settings.  Client gets these settings but is still unable to access anything past the DSL modem.

Any ideas?
