Im an idiot falling for what I swore I NEVER would but here I am and so far I was told that through a google scam where I bought the website and a couple traffic add ons that the only way to keep them from scamming me further was to remove the web server from the host. This is foriegn to me on how to do plus I don't know or as far as I know own the domain?

You mean the web application?
You can can the DNS (name servers) to something else and the site
won't appear anymore.
