Question : Help! I can't access my website!
I can't access my company's website at a remote location. The internet is working, and I can get e-mail and access any other website that I need. I just cannot access my own company's website from the internet. I am guessing there is a problem between the remote computers and the host server. Can someone give me some guidelines or steps to solve this issue?
Answer : Help! I can't access my website!
In that case you need to contact them to raise the issue. You emails are separate to the web hosting a may even go to a different server.
