Question : Suggestion for Reliable Email Linux Server Admin Panel

I am setting up a new linux email server and will have somebody from India adding and removing user accounts on the mail server.

Does anybody know of an open source admin/hosting panel running on PHP that I can use to give the support agent in our India Office a web interface through which he can administer the day to day tasks on the email server? Preferably I only want to give him access to basic user account admin tasks; i.e. adding new users, removing old accounts, changing/resetting passwords etc. I do *not* want to give him access to any other service configurations on the server.

Any ideas?

You can install webmin and create a new username for your support person from india, giving access to only the mail features.
