Question : DNS Resolution

A while back you helped resolve a problem Iwe were having accessing our website because the local domain had the same name so it was not resolving the IP address correctly. You had me create an A record in my DNS for WWW which pointed to the correct IP and that worked great. We use a hosted email solution and have recently changed providers to the company that hosts our website. The problem we have now is the webmail link does not work.  o access our website we have to use www.company.org. for webmail the link is webmail.company.org. which does not work because company.org is the same as company.local. I was wondering if there is some way around this as there are some internal users that need to make use of webmail.

put cname record as webmail in your hosting account similarly like A record. Hope it will solve the issue
