Question : Error #5.5.0 - mail being blocked by recipient

User is getting this error below sending to this address. Obviously from the error it seems that AT&T is blocking/rejecting email from our domain. I checked on www.mxtoolbox.com for possible blacklistings but everythign seemed ok. Do I have to call AT&T and ask them not to reject this address or is it the email server on the recipients end rejecting us?

Yes.  AT&T has gotten more aggressive lately.
