Question : VOIP, Symantec VPN Client, Symantec Gateway Security 360R Appliance
|
|
Configuration is Qwest DSL, into Actiontec GT701 DSL Modem, into Symantec Gateway Security 360R Appliance, into NEC VOIP Server. Using Symantec VPN Client. VPN seems to work fine, as I can Ping one address of the NEC VOIP Server 192.168.0.10. However, when I lauch the NEC SP30 Softphone, it fails to connect to the server, and gives an error message that it "registration with the server failed". Also, I cannot Ping the other address of the NEC VOIP Server, 192.168.0.11. Has anyone made this combination of parts work to establish an SP30 Softphone connection, to an NEC VOIP Server?
