Question : Page cannot display - IE 7 (always on log ons)

This problem will drive you nuts but I have a user that shows "page cannot display" on all log ons... hotmail,gmail, any website where you would click log on it will immediatly go to "page cannot display" Cookies are enable and set to normal, pop up blocker disabled. Phising filter off. but no luck.
