Question : Emsure a valid user name and password has been entered on the Microsoft LDAP page ERROR?

Below is a screen shot a user is receiving in there outlook from time to time.
Basic POP mail is setup in outlook no exchange mail

The only other thing is that it does have the sharepoint folder with it linking to sharepoint clandar.

Can't figure it out

I think user might have added Internet directory service.

Outlook > Tools > Account Settings > Go to Address books tab > Check if there any LDAP account is added or not.

Remove it if not required or configure the correct credentials.
